We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Every outfit is carefully packed and inspected to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing: Orders are verified and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
• Standard Shipping Time: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your city and destination.
• Sales & Festive Periods: During major sales, holiday events, or new collection launches, dispatch and delivery may take up to 5 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We periodically offer Free Delivery promotions on qualifying minimum purchase amounts.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

For Cash on Delivery orders, our representative may contact you via call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm order details before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a tracking number and link via SMS or Email. You can use this link to monitor your order in real time.

5. Undelivered / Returned Packages

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If you are unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply for sending the parcel out a second time.
